In my current role as a Mobile Application Management Analyst, I am part of a 24/7 second Line Support team. This involves supporting Barclays Mobile Banking, Barclays Pingit and Mybarclaycard mobile applications. These are critical to Barclays customers day to day banking and therefore require 24/7 incident and change management. I investigate into escalated incidents to propose effective resolutions and produce daily reports to management level with analytical statistics and data. I also take part in change management activities to ensure smooth transitions. This role requires the presence of both technical capability and business understanding, which help provide the bank with both accurate information and analytical reporting.

My main responsibilities as an LG specialist for audio and vision were to demonstrate and sell, to the consumer in nominated retail stores. Other responsibilities included reporting daily sales, stock in store and consumer feedback as well as training the staff in store, on how to use the latest LG products. I also collected information on competitors in order to improve marketing strategies.

I was employed at The Pilates Room as a Customer Relation Personal. The Pilates Room offers Pilates classes, which is a great exercise that trains the core muscles of the body. It was my responsibility to handle customer requests in person or via phone or email and handle monetary transactions. I also took part in the Pilates classes at least once a week as this enabled me to experenice exactly what the customers experiences as well as making it easier to promote.

Doltranet specialises in IT solutions and development service. I worked with them as a computer engineer in Discovery Channel as this was their client at the time. I assisted users to relocate their workstation and managed the hardware, cabling, testing and provided IT support. The Student Bar at Kingston University offers a chance for students to take a break between lectures. Therefore I ensured that alcohol was sold responsibly to customers, and served them attentively to make sure that all their needs were satisfied. As the Student Union President at Bexley College, it was my duty to represent students to the senior management team and board of governors. I conducted a campaign, to stop the closure of the student common room, as well as plan and co-ordinate various events for students.
